I became a life coach because I want to help others obtain peace and the skills necessary to break free from stress, anxiety, perfectionism, overthinking, and more.
I have struggled with multiple mental illnesses throughout life which allow me a deeper insight into others' experiences. Everything I teach and offer as a coach is based on the science and research of psychology, due to my education and years of research.
